Families: Your involvement is ESSENTIAL

Family Members! This is community building for you too! Know that ACT can’t survive without your help.

ACT only exists because of all the amazing volunteer hours families contribute to the program.
If you wish for your children, please know that you will be committed to help out with things like props,
costumes, sets etc. It is a requirement that all families contribute.

• Attend parent meetings and ACT Annual General Meeting.

• Pay fees at the first parent meeting.

• Complete a medical form for your child(ren).

• Help by volunteering some time/expertise during rehearsals;
  performances and clean up (strike set).

• Actors need support and encouragement during the production
  process.

• Communicate with ACT Directors and Board members.

• ACT will thrive with positive support and encouragement from parents

• Ensure that your actors are on time for rehearsals and productions.
