ACT only exists because of all the amazing volunteer hours families contribute to the program. It is a requirement that all families contribute to each production, so you will be asked to sign up to help with at least one area of putting on this show!

Here is what we ask of you:

• Attend parent meetings and ACT Annual General Meeting.

• Pay fees at the first parent meeting.

• Complete a medical form for your child(ren).

• Bring a snack for the actors on your designated day.

• Volunteering some time / expertise during rehearsals and performances, including costumes, set making, marketing, social media, concession, and more.

• Support and encourage the actors during the production process.

• Communicate with ACT Directors and Board members.

• Ensure that your actors are on time for rehearsals and productions.
